You understand and agree:

  • Viral performance and view counts are influenced by platform algorithms and content quality

  • Past performance does not guarantee specific results

  • We do not guarantee a certain number of views, followers, or sales

4️⃣ Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific proposal, agreement, or invoice.
All fees are:

  • Due upon invoice issuance

  • Non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

Late payments may result in paused service.

5️⃣ Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You retain ownership of original content

  • Clipping Agency owns systems, automations, and processes we build

  • Clippers may receive compensation through approved terms for distributing your content

6️⃣ Website Use Rules

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce or exploit website content without permission

  • Reverse-engineer or misuse systems

  • Upload malicious code or harmful material

7️⃣ Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Terms are violated

  • Misconduct or harmful activity is detected

All earned service fees remain due upon termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior 3 months
